Welcome to my David Low website. I am an International Baccalaureate student at the International School of Toulouse. This website has been made to investigate David Low's cartoons, as the basis for my internal assessment for history at higher level. After seeing many of his works in history exam papers, and text books, it is clear that he had a great political mind. But what surprised me was that there was no website that was dedicated to him.
